Operating Principle
Acoustic emission testing technology detects and analyzes acoustic emission signals to evaluate material performance and structural integrity. The system captures elastic waves emitted from deformation and fracture mechanisms within materials, converting mechanical vibrations into electrical signals for analysis and recording.

The RAEM1 remote acoustic emission system comprises three integrated components: RAEM1 units (incorporating AE sensors, signal acquisition, and communication modules), the monitoring platform (cloud servers, LAN infrastructure, PC or mobile interfaces), and client endpoints (mobile devices, PCs, or display screens).
