Spld3 pipeline leakage detector is a professional equipment for pipeline and valve leakage detection, with on-site wireless real-time detection and positioning function. The whole system consists of 2 Collectors, 2 sensors, 1 acquisition host and a notebook computer, which can realize real-time data acquisition, storage and analysis.

When the high-pressure medium in the leakage pipeline is ejected, it rubs with the leakage port to generate an acoustic signal and propagates along the pipeline to both sides.

Spld3 uses the sensors on both sides of the leakage point to pick up the acoustic signal, processes the signal with wavelet and digital filtering, and makes correlation analysis to obtain the accurate location of the leakage source, leakage equivalent and other source characteristics.

Spld3 is applicable to pressure pipeline leakage detection and positioning, valve leakage detection, etc. Especially for buried pipelines, blind excavation can be avoided. The pipe wall material can be metal, plastic, etc., and the pipe medium can be liquid, gas and gas-liquid mixture.

1. Time synchronization between the collector and the acquisition host through wireless radio and data upload through wireless WiFi;

2. High speed and high precision data acquisition and analysis, collect broadband spectrum signals, and the effective transmission bandwidth can reach 1MB / S;
