The EI-105 automatic lamination stacking machine is engineered for manufacturers building large-format transformer cores where every millimeter matters. Designed specifically for EI-105 silicon steel laminations, it handles the size and mass of large E and I sheets with the same repeatability that our compact models deliver on small cores. Under closed-loop PLC control, the machine feeds E-type and I-type laminations alternately into pre-wound bobbins, completing interleaved stacking at up to 250 stacks per minute with stacking accuracy of plus or minus 0.1 mm and positioning accuracy of plus or minus 0.02 mm. It is the practical route to stable, high-volume production of 400-1500 VA isolation transformers, UPS units, and industrial power supplies.
Stacking an EI-105 lamination is not the same job as stacking an EI-48. Each sheet is wider, heavier, and more expensive — and a single mis-inserted lamination in a large core wastes far more material. Insertion forces are higher, sheet guidance must be more rigid, and tolerance stack-up across a long lamination column directly affects the air gap that determines core loss. This machine addresses those realities with a reinforced frame, oversized guide rails, and an industrial-grade pneumatic drive sized for the mass of EI-105 sheets. The result is consistent interleaved stacking across full production runs, with none of the gap error, skew, or loose stacking that manual methods introduce on large cores.

✅ Reinforced Welded Frame – The load-bearing structure is designed around the mass of EI-105 laminations, keeping the feeding magazine, insertion dies, and bobbin fixture in rigid alignment even during continuous three-shift operation.
✅ Oversized Sheet Guidance – Wider guide channels and hardened strip rails control large sheets through the full feed path, preventing the edge damage and skew that generic compact machines cannot avoid on wide laminations.
✅ Industrial Pneumatic Drive – The insertion mechanism is sized for the higher forces of large-format stacking, with a maintenance-free air preparation unit and quick-release fittings for fast die changeover. At approximately 70 kg, the machine still connects to standard pneumatic supply and AC power with no special foundation.
✅ Dedicated EI-105 Die Set – Feeding magazine, separator, and insertion dies are dimensioned for EI-105 core sets only. No compromise changeovers — consistent feeding performance run after run on the same core size.
✅ Photoelectric Counting with Auto-Stop – Every lamination is counted by a high-speed photoelectric sensor; a misfeed or jam stops the machine within 0.5 seconds, protecting the die set and the partially stacked core, and holding scrap rate below 0.3 percent.
✅ Recipe Storage on PLC Touch Screen – Lamination count, stacking speed, and dwell time are saved per batch on the 7-inch HMI. Changeover between production batches takes under 30 seconds.
✅ Full Electrical Protection – AC220V overload protection, DC24V short-circuit protection, dual grounding, and an emergency stop button are standard.
